Marlenne, RDH, joined our team in 1999. She is very dedicated and passionate about what she does. Marlenne enjoys dental hygiene and shares her sense of humor and care with her patients and her co-workers. She graduated from Wharton County Junior College in 1998 with an Associate in Arts Degree in Dental Hygiene. While a student, Marlenne received an award from Colgate for Best Patient Care. She holds a Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certification and an Implant Care Certification. Marlenne was born in California, but she spent her youth in South America where she did most of her Elementary and Junior High education. She returned to the United States and graduated from Mayde Creek High School in Katy, Texas. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Marlenne is married to Mario and they have two beautiful children; Lisette and Giovanni, who are their motivation and joy. Marlenne always looks forward to seeing each patient and to dedicating her time and skills. She consults with the patient to assist that patient to find an approach that works for them in improving their dental health.

Trish, RDA, has been with the practice since 1995. She joined Dr. McCrea during the first year of his practice in Richmond after she had recently moved to Texas. She has been with us since we were at our first location on 11th street and helped in the move to our current location. Trish is a Registered Dental Assistant with her Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certificate. She is empathetic and concerned that our patients be comfortable during their treatment. Trish and her husband Jef are real DIYers and have spent much time together remodeling their home in recent years.

Jennie, RDA, joined our team in May 2007. She is a graduate of Needville High School and she was a patient in the practice for a long time before becoming an assistant. Jennie completed the Greater Houston Dental Society Dental Assisting training program in 2007. She is certified for Nitrous Oxide Monitoring and CPR. She brings much youthful exuberance to her job and is always up to learning something new. She greatly enjoys helping Dr. McCrea get models ready for lab fabrication of night guards for bruxism (tooth grinding), sports mouth guards and temporary retainers.

Laura joined our team as an Administrative Assistant in January 2007. She has an Associates Degree in Office Administration. Laura helps with scheduling appointments, insurance claims, and organizes individual patient treatment plans. Laura enjoys spending time with family and friends, and being involved in various religious activities. She is happily married and enjoys relaxing on the weekends.

Beth, Dr. McCrea's wife, works with Laura in the business office. She has made her way through the dental office as a Certified Dental Assistant, a Dental Hygienist, and now as an office administrator. Beth grew up in Houston, graduating from Westbury High School in 1984. She attended Stephen F. Austin State University before deciding on a career in dentistry and completed the CDA program at Houston Community College in 1987. Beth was employed by Herman Hospital as part of the General Practice Residency program where she and Dr. McCrea met. She then decided to become a Dental Hygienist and graduated from the UT School of Dental Hygiene in Houston in 1994. Beth and Dr. McCrea were married on October 19, 1996 and have been working together ever since. They have lived in Rosenberg/Richmond since 1994 and have really enjoyed their time here. Beth and Dr. McCrea enjoy spending time with their families and SCUBA diving whenever they can get away. They plan to be here, serving their patients, for a very long time to come.
