He teaches part time as a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program at the Dental Branch in Houston. He is a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, an award earned by participating on over 500 hours of continuing education and is well on his way to earning Mastership in the Academy. He is a Pankey Institute Alumnus. He has completed Continuums I, II, IIE and the Special topics program on Dentures at the Pankey Institute in Florida.
